Alton Mill is one of my favorite venues as a Caledon wedding photographer. It's full of character, history, and artistic charm—making it the ideal backdrop for couples who appreciate creativity and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Don and Katherine exchanged their vows in the heart of the venue, surrounded by beautiful artwork and their closest family and friends. The soft winter light filtering through the windows made the ceremony feel even more intimate and heartfelt.

After the ceremony, we ventured outside—yes, in the freezing temperatures!—to take advantage of the serene, snow-covered landscape. As the best wedding photographer, I always encourage couples to embrace the weather, and Don and Katherine did so with grace and laughter. The icy river, frosted trees, and gently falling snow created a winter wonderland for their portraits. The results were absolutely worth it—timeless images full of warmth, contrast, and quiet beauty.
