Toronto Engagement Photo Locations
Here are my favorite greater Toronto area engagement locations featuring Toronto, Hamilton,
Burlington, and Oakville
Today I am happy to share my favorite locations across the Greater Toronto Area for an engagement
session, and you don't want to miss it. From Hamilton to downtown Toronto and everywhere in between,
I am certain there is a spot for everyone -- and it's all waiting for you here. Read on to find the
best locations in your city. Some of the locations listed below are outdoor-only locations while
others allow indoor photography (which is perfect for a rainy wedding day!).
High Park Toronto
This large, centrally located park is a jewel in Toronto’s park system. It is beautiful there in
every season of the year. I shot there a fall engagement session, summer sessions and one of my
favorite - during the cherry blossom session.
I can be your guide around the park or we can just walk to your favorite spots.
Distillery District Toronto.
You will need to purchase a permit that cost $150 but it is so worth it.
This spot features untouched and unspoiled great historic buildings and neat little shops and
stores. Lots of great pictures opportunities and named one of the must to see attractions in
Edwards Gardens Toronto
Such a nice spot especially when the flowers are in full bloom. Beautiful landscaping.Lovely for an
outing for a walk.Middle of the city offers beautiful green park experience.
Osgoode Hall downtown Toronto
Victorian architecture at the heart of Toronto.
Beautiful old building and a great front lawn to take photos of if you are getting married or
planning your engagement session.
I usually recommend to start there and after I am done with my pictures around Osgood Hall I am
taking couples for pictures with hidden gems location around downtown Toronto.
University of Toronto
Top notch wedding location. Hart house is an old historic building with a very nice courtyard that
perfectly suits a wedding.
The combination of very old historic architecture surrounded by lawns and gardens makes the central
campus a perfect place for your engagement session.
Black Creek Pioneer Village Toronto
A history buffs dream come true. With 5 original buildings on site and others being relocated to
this area there is a lot of early Canadian history packed into a small area. When you first walk
into the village you are greeted by the original barn on this site that was built in 1825 - amazing
Casa Loma Toronto
Beautiful gardens and even into mid fall. Nice large estate with luxurious furnishings from a bygone
era. A beautiful authentic royal castle.
Alexander Muir Gardens, Toronto
A lovely little park just south of Lawrence and east of Yonge. Walk through the old gate on Yonge,
go a few steps down, and you will find yourself in a nice flower garden full of lavender and roses.
Sit on one of many benches and enjoy the view and the smell.
Here are some popular Mississauga engagement photo shoot (e-session) locations that I love.
Mississauga City Hall
This is the only indoor photography location without a permit that we are currently aware of. As a
result, there are often multiple brides at this location at any given time which can cause delays in
your wedding day schedule. Furthermore, one of the nicest locations within city hall is atop 6+
flights of stairs (with no elevator access) which may not be suitable for all couples.
Erindale Park Mississauga
In the middle of Mississauga a nice retreat for the day and a chance to spend sometime cherishing
the beautiful scenery.
Adamson Estate Mississauga
Do you want to have your wedding photos or engagement session taken outside surrounded by nature and with a
few elements of heritage buildings? Look no further as you will find all of the above at Adamson
Places in Burlington
Stunning mansion.Beautiful place right on Lake Ontario in Burlington. The grounds are kept so

stunning on aside as the inside.
Royal Botanical Gardens Burlington
The gardens are great, beautiful landscaping with ponds, stone gardens and much more. Great floral
setups and beautiful from the beginning of spring to the end of fall.
